I would like to submit a project but not sure if mine qualifies because it was previously in a competition managed by jovoto.com on behalf of the client Nestle corporation. Needless to say but i didn't win and more importantly the client never took up any of the submitted ideas (so far as i'm aware.)
Can i submit this?
